ICT Services

Computer labs are available on every UB campus for all students. Each lab is supervised by a Lab Monitor who can provide technical support. Students can access both lab computers and the UB Wi-Fi network using their domain username and password.

Each semester, students receive a $50 printing credit, allowing them to log in at the computer lab and use the printers. If additional credit is needed, students can purchase more at Accounts and submit the receipt to ICT.

If you need to reset or change your UB email or domain account password, the ICT Department is here to help. Visit the ICT office or contact the team directly for quick assistance with your login credentials.

The ICT Department operates a ticketing system to efficiently manage support requests. Submit a request through the ICT ticketing system, and we’ll respond as soon as possible. Requests must be made three days in advance. For urgent issues, please contact us via phone or email.

Faculty and staff gain secure access to UB’s computers, Wi-Fi, and essential software tools through their domain and email accounts. ICT also maintains the servers and network infrastructure that keep these systems running smoothly.
