Mr. Ian Sangster
Director of Finance
Mr. Ian Sangster, Acting Director of Finance, leads the integration of the university’s financial and administrative units. Working closely with Deans, senior administrators, and budget officers throughout the university, Mr. Sangster oversees financial reporting and budget management and directs efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial functions within the university. The division’s efforts focus on implementing effective and customer-oriented business processes in order to improve services for the University’s stakeholders as well as the delivery of efficient and effective financial reporting to aid decision-making.

The Office of Budget & Finance is dedicated to providing timely and accurate financial information to key stakeholders while protecting university assets, both real and intangible, and ensuring university compliance with local laws and internal policies and procedures.
